2 (7-ounce) packages shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish

1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water.

2. Dry-fry the noodles in a hot, dry skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and rice vinegar.

4. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss for 2 minutes until glossy.
