Honey whipped cream, a 5-minute no-cook topping made with cold heavy cream, honey, and vanilla. Perfect for cake, coffee, fruit, and desserts.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

1 to 2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

A tiny pinch of fine sea salt, optional

1 tablespoon softened cream cheese, optional for a stabilized variation

Instructions

1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.

2. Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.

3. Beat on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed until soft peaks form.

4. Add honey one tablespoon at a time, whipping just until incorporated.

5. Stir in vanilla extract and taste; add more honey only if needed.

6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered container for 1 to 2 days.

Notes

Use heavy whipping cream for the most stable texture.

Stop at soft or medium peaks; overwhipping can make the cream grainy.

For a stabilized version, add 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese before whipping.

Keep finished whipped cream refrigerated and use within 1 to 2 days.
